The Houston RCA community has hosted this annual RCA Retreat for over 16 years at Camp Allen in Navasota, Texas. We welcome couples at all stages of their journey. Whether you are just beginning the RCA program or have been strengthening your Coupleship through years of retreat participation. Each year, couples join us from across the country, including Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, California, New York, and North Carolina.
We invite you to be part of this meaningful experience. Space is limited to 30 couples, and the retreat fills quickly.
Our presenters are RCA couples who share their experience, strength, and hope. Each brings a unique perspective, creating a rich and supportive environment. Our goal is to provide a safe space for couples who are still struggling—encouraging honest communication, connection, and support as they begin to speak their truths.
We are open to all 12-Step, sex addiction–related recovery groups and proudly welcome LGBTQ+ couples.
The retreat begins Friday evening at 5:00 PM and concludes Sunday at noon. Guests are welcome to check in as early as 3:00 PM on Friday to enjoy the facilities and settle in prior to the start of the retreat.

Below is our acknowledgment statement. We want attendees to know and be comfortable with the information that is going to be discussed. It is to your benefit as well as others that you are aware and prepared for what could possibly be discussed.
Acknowledgment of retreat content(required)
"This Recovering Couples Anonymous retreat will be focusing on sensitive topics stemming from sexual addiction and betrayal trauma; therefore, for the safety and wellbeing of all participants we ask that at least one member from each couple identify as suffering from a sexual addiction as described in Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA), Sexual Compulsives Anonymous (SCA), Sexaholics Anonymous (SA), Sexual Recovery Anonymous (SRA), Porn Addicts Anonymous (PAA), Infidelity Survivors Anonymous (ISA) or KOSA, or some other group focused on helping individuals recover from unwanted sexual behaviors."
Do I have to be part of an RCA group to attend?
While it is preferred, it is not a requirement to attend. The preference lies in that you have been working on your coupleship so the topics and discussions are not a trigger or hindrance to your or your partner.
Who puts this RCA retreat on?
This retreat is a self-sustainable retreat outside of any specific RCA group. Each year a committee is formed and they handle all aspects of the retreat from booking Camp Allen, to handling finances, schedules, presentations, and anything in between. They also are in attendance and participate in the retreat.
